Cheesy Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1 bag frozen vegetable mix ( broccolli, califlower, carrots)
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cans (14 oz.) chicken broth

Place vegetable and chicken broth in sauce pan, bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until veggies are tender
Add in cheese, cook 5 minutes.
